1. Overview These Terms govern the subscriptions and digital products sold by Douaud on this site.

2. Products

• Monthly Membership: $9.99/month, automatically renewed each month.

• Annual Membership: $99.99/year, automatically renewed each year.

• Direct WhatsApp Access add-on: $29.99/month, automatically renewed. These are digital content and services (videos, private group, direct messaging).

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a

recurring basis. We will charge the price shown at checkout for each period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by cancelling from your account, as described below.

4. Cancellation You may cancel anytime, in one click, from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again after that.

5. Refunds Because our products are digital content and services that you can access immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. You are always free to cancel to avoid future charges. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Disclaimer The information, tutorials, and advice provided on this site and in the membership are for general informational purposes only. They do not guarantee any specific result, including protection against fraud, hacking, or data loss. You remain responsible for your own devices, accounts, and decisions.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law, as the seller is established in France. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence.
